A new tropical storm has formed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is at this moment located about 300 miles east of the coast of California. Forecasters are anticipating that Barbara will continue to strengthen over the next few days. The storm is moving in a west-northwesterly direction
